Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Azus (the "Service"), a Discord Activity. By launching or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must meet Discord's minimum age requirement and comply with the Discord Terms of Service to use the Service.
2. Your account
The Service authenticates you through Discord's OAuth2 flow. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your Discord account while using the Service.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not exploit bugs, automate gameplay, or otherwise manipulate game state, currency, or leaderboards.
- Do not attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
- Do not use the Service to harass, defraud, or harm other users.
- Do not interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
4. Virtual currency and items
The Service includes virtual currency, items, and other in-game content. These have no real-world monetary value, are not redeemable for cash, and are non-transferable outside the Service. We may adjust, reset, or revoke virtual content at any time, including in cases of suspected abuse.
5. User content
You retain ownership of content you submit through the Service (such as usernames or messages). By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host and display it as needed to operate the Service.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, including for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
7. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or virtual content, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
